Naruwa!!

Just came back from my 7 days Taiwan Trip.. was a guided tour, thus it was more to the scenery viewing trips.. and least shopping time! :( Only got like 2 hours to shop at Shi Lin Night Market !!! Aiyoyoyoy super not enuff! the temperature was really cooling.. average 12 degree except for Kaoshiung which temp is more nearer to Sg temp. :P

Reached Taoyuan airport at about 4.30pm, reached hotel at abt 6pm, thereafter it was free n easy, so me and my family ventured off to the mini nite market there. :P although it was mini, but it was like a WA WOW to us. haha alot of local cuisines. and nice clothes. :)

we practically woke up at 6am everyday, cos we need to travel from one province to another.. lol.. didnt had a good slp as i guess it was due to foreign place? or the room was.... ? oops! lol always got tis weird feelings. lol..we took their Bullet train from Taoyuan to Taipei! super fast! :P then off we went to Hua Lian, v nice place.. u koe those "Ah Mei Tribe" lol.. but we had a hard route/journey.. v mountaineers kind. my sis even viomitted! quite torturing. lol but the view was FANTASTIC! lol..

Then as days went by we travelled slowly back to Taipei.. passing by some cities etc..

Came back yday, so still kinda tired.. helped up with the laundry and also packed the things tat I bought. haha

I guess, I will aim to go back to taipei tis year, this time round, it will be free n easy.. I wan to shop till dead! LOL..

Ok, so far the long weekends is coming to an end! Gosh! Sianz! anyway passed few days had been really busy.. especially during the CNY eve.. I was like standing in the kitchen fr 11am all the way to like 9 plus!!!! started by preparing ingredients as 16 relatives came over for dinner.. lol.. after that did cleaning etc wow exhausted.. CNY day 1 was a breeze as jus slacked at my 2 grandmas' houses. :) took lotsa pics!! (is below)!!! =). Today, CNY day 2, I went to my mother's side grandma house to eat and slacked whole day..

Yep, every year same old thing.. very boring.. haha buy is a good break though! : p

Hee Hee.... I am so so so CNY mood right nw! lol so looking forward to wearing nice clothes.. take nice pics.. eat nice food..!!!! yeah yeah!!! BUT not looking forward to the ang mo calendar, which is Valentine Day! the most dreadful day! however, also good that it falls on the CNY first day lo.. so that it reduces the impact I will feel on every year tat particular day! lol.. As the title mentioned, today actually was kinda a busy day for me lol..
This morning 11am met the gers (Janice, Zhen and Irence) at harbor front as we were catching the 11.45am show (LEgion).. Serene ger, our long time MIA girl finally got to meet her today!!! after 7 months of absenteeism!!! lol but understand that she is really busy and packed with her work.. seeing her haggard and tired face, really feel empathic towards her.. and listened to her Pet Cat's story (sicked and passed away) made us really felt sad for her. Luckily she is a strong person with support from her family.. i;m sure she will be fine!! Jia You ger!!! =x

Hmm then went to eat SOup Spoon for lunch, was starving.. oh ya u must be wondering why on earth we met up so early for movie rgt? its becos of me! cos I needed to leave earlier for my cousin's birthday party! =x lol oops! haha.. hmm we went to walk ard and ended chosen a corner (outdoor portion of vivo) to chit chat.. catch up with one another.. one person missing though (Wendy, who went to taiwan) lol

Left at abt 4.45pm.. thereafter, janice went to MS to shop for her things.. then Serene went to BIshan to buy her things.. sorry gers, tat the outing ended earlier than usual.. no worries, we will have next longer outing!! I promise! hee hee.. Really enjoyed spending with the gers! is like once in a while we met, really felt comfortable spending time with them!! hee hee..

Ok, I rched Hougang at abt 5 plus, met up with my parents and sis.. thereafter went to a condo as mentioned, to celebrate my cousin's birthday. BBQ.. yep, food was not bad.. then saw all my small little nieces and nephews!! oOi! they are simply cute and beautifuL! with eyes like longan and lychee! so huge!! arh!!! Super duber cute lol. played with them.. chased after them... carry them!! gosh I love babies!! =x oops.. hahahaha

K just reached home not long ago.. hee hee.. Watching tv!

Today went with Wild Wild Wet with Janice, yep just both of us, cos some of them are preparing for Common test and chioning projects.. nvrtheless, we did enjoy one another company! :P We took the tunnel slide first, lol so scary cos its pitch dark den is like i panicked, didnt know should I lie down fully or half sit.. den ended up stuck down there.. hahaha so funny.

The sun was really sunny today.. sunburnt! lucky we got spray some sunscreen. We left at about 5pm, then left for Tampines Mall, dashed to eat.. HK cafe.. was starved! lol both of us really are shopping khakis.. lol each bought a pair of canvas shoes! chio! =x hee hee..

A week passed by again! lol.. just came back not long ago.. so suai, bus broke down in the middle of the road.. made me alighted and change another packed bus.. lol stood all the way.

After work went out with a colleague and our ex temp staff who is leaving for australia end of the month.. sorta like a last night out meeting b4 she leave. She was with us for 6 mths.. yet we have becme sistas! so sad that she leaving Sg, remember her last day in our company, I teared lor. so embarrassing. Lol.. anyway we met up to watch Jackie Chan movie and followed by a Fish Manhattan dinner. The movie is more for kids we felt tat.. i mean the storyline etc is simple to understand though. typical jackie chan show but with less actions. kinda dissapointed though. lol but was quite funny.

Will be seeing her off in the airport.. I just hate partings. Such a emo creature. LOL

Woo.. is sunday again!!! -.- Sianz.. lol.. Yday finally went for a facial session.. first time gg, cos no choice.. gt acne.. due to the stupid korean chocolate mask tat i bought.. kns!! so my colleague actually introduce me to her beautician.. she is v good.. when i first came into her salon, she actually can tell tat I have super sensitive skin.. wow so shiok the session.. with cleansing, then apply all sort of creams... den follow by a cold cold mask.. plus trimming of eye-brows and shoulder massage!! =x $40 per session and I also bought $30 cleanser.. she advised me to go back once every 3 weeks.. well I hope my face will be smooth once again! haiz involve $$ again.. just got to buy lesser clothing. lol

After that went Jurong pt with my colleague.. ate pizza hut den walked ard.. she actually bought 2 dresses and few tops all added up to almost $200! lol..

Ok I hope cny faster cme! yearning for a long holiday!!!! =x

Every Monday, 8.00pm, I will definitely stay tune on Channel 8 to watch the above programme that is hosted by Quan Yifeng and Christopher Lee.. is a social work programme, whereby they will visit families that are either kids are disabled (physically or mentally) or those familes that are in poverty. Each episode will make me realize how fortunate I am and see the other part of lives... I teared almost every episode, esp today's epi, the mother has a son who is 19 that suffered from muscle dystrophy.. his mum takes care of him and did not give him up.. even though doctor said that her son will leave anytime.. she still wun abandon him! NEVER!

No matter how tough and hard life is for them, they just learn to endure and live everyday as if its the last. Cherish the people around you, dun take them for granted....

May this world filled with more happiness!

First day of 2010, met up with Joanne.. we went for our Dim Sum buffet at city hall area.. the food was not bad, the service was good too.. thereafter we went Dorothy Perkins (DP)! YEsh! I finally got myself the Futuristic tube top!! after eyeing for weeks.. last week saw it at Great World, but the sales was 50% Only, den I koe that DP will further reduce their prices when come to nearer to the end of sales period (yes, there is a risk of no more stocks), however, I told myself not to buy it last week.. and if I am fated to own the top, the top will sure wait for me! lol.. so anxious tis morning cos I know that they further slashed their prices! yeah! got it with 70% offff!! Yeah yeah YEah!!! from $79 down to $39 further down to $29!!! Happy!! But dun koe whether got chance to wear a not lor.. cos is kinda hmm daring design? lol..

After that our Body Shop's fan (Joanne) went to take a look at her offer stuff, yep, me ended up buying the limited editiion Mandarin Orchird perfume! super nice.. been looking for it, but to no avail cos they have discontinued! lol den ended up also bought a Oceanus body wash ($12.90) as the promoted said is v limited also.. and the smell was heaven! ok.. lol Hmm we went to drink Kopi and coffee n toast.. oh ya not forgetting I finally made use of my $100 Swatch Voucher that my colleagues gave to me as my birthday gift!! yeah!!! :P Super like the design lor! lol...

After that we went Marina Square, DOrothy Perkins, and Joanne bought a dress and a top for CNY!! yeah, I chose for her the clothes! glad that she liked it. haha.. then went Suntec New Look to see see look look.. not bad, I am fallin in Love with their JEanS!! Cheap n good (as now they are having Sales)...!!!

OK This year 2009.. looking back, I graduated from Poly officially and moved to another chapter of my life (working life lo).. hmm struggling to kp in touch with my ex classmates/ friends etc.. hee hee so pls take initiative to organise gathering hor!! hump! hahaha.. hmm then passing away of my grandpa, although we werent close enuff, yet still felt the sadness lor.. lol..

We met at City Hall as usual :P then went to eat Hotpot at MS, nt bad, had cooked food buffet, they were so sweet that they actually bought me a slice of cake.. (but pls lor, wendy, I saw u took ur wallet when u used toilet as an excuse to excuse urself fr gg to buying the cake lor) lol and best still they bought me my favorite Hello Kitty as presents!! : P pics to be uploaded later.. hee hee.. thereafter we went to walk ard, as we were waiting to BOWL haha.. nt bad, since a longggggg time we bowled! lol had fun nvrtheless.. few times washed drains la.. haha

After that IRence, Wendy and me went to thai express to eat for dinner, yes! still quite full, but nvm haha.. then Irence went off, me and wendy went Vivo walked abit and settled at starbucks to tok.. ^^ hope u will heal faster wendy!

Meaningful Children's Day!

Happy Children's Day!!!! =)

Been quite long since I actually so called celebrate 01 Oct, lol but today, I finally had a meaningful one.. as mentioned b4, I am a SWAT member (Staff Welfare Action Team) in my company.. thus today my team organised it, bringing 25 Staff with us, and 73 kids from those Welfare home to watch a movie at Singapore Sineacademy, we actually rented a movie "the game plan". I was in-charge of the goodie bags part, so i went to buy pockeys, lollipops etc and packed them into cute cute carrier.. and we gave them oso Happy Meals, tibits and goodie bags.. seeing the kids, at first I was still quite nervous, dun koe whther they find me ok or not.. as b4 tat i didnt really interact with them, cos I was busy packing those happy meals (as it came in sperate packs). When my team brought the kids to the theatre, I actually toked to few of them.. Oouch they are so cute n adorable, even call me Jie Jie, can help me carry this etc.. hahaha so v cute... pics to be uploaded when my fellow member sent us. =)

Been a while since I really do community service le. satisfied.. when they i heard the laughters from then when they watched the joyus movie and when they are gg and bid them goodbye, I actually kinda felt she bu de yet v fulfilled, as we really made the kids happy on this special day! :)

Unforgettable Experience!!!

Last few days saw from Alice's fb (my interact club junior) that she actually joined an online clothes seller event ($20 for a simple make over).. is for plus size ladies, then I was like, why not I also give it a try? $20 for 20 shots, plus one outfit, make-up and simple hairdo? LOL want to be pretty for once! hahaha... OK.. the Studio was at Orchard Tower there.. wow.. alot of plus size's ladies .. with confidence.. they are nt inferior by the sizes... they are v confident abt it.. it was a small place.. with alot of ppl, one thing is tat the Studio (which we take pic in) is v open, in front of everybody. lol.. at frist me and Li zhen was really really v nervous n shy.. cos is so open, but subsequently when we saw the gers all just posed in front of the photographers. then we were more relaxed.. oh ya, Li Zhen was last min asked to join by me, as my other fren is sicked. thanks zhen! : P I did a smoky eye make up, love it and like the blusher part.. zhen was more sweet looking look. lol.. Ok.. the pics are gg to post to us in 2 weeks time.. lets pray tat it will turn up good. LOL.... here are 2 pics taken in the toilet.. hahaha

~A day at Sentosa~

Yesterday went to Sentosa with my ITE buddies (Sherman, Weixiong, Wei Jian, Carol and JAnice), yes the same regulars LOL .. met at abt 10am at Habor front before taking bus in, we agreed earlier to mit up today for a day suntanning at the beach lor... all of us brought a snack, with Janice and Sherman bought chips, me brought peanut pancakes, Carol brought noodles n carrot cakes, Wei Jian bought beancurds (his family biz) and Weixiong bought "mineral water" -.- hahaha hmm we were actually enjoying our food when one bunch of young idiots kicked the ball in our direction, and when retrieving the ball, he used his leg, there goes our food, peppered with sands! kns...

We started off with 3 VS 3 netball game lol quite fun but tiring, den went off to dip in the water.. very relaxing and enjoying, but the sun was super hot that, now we all are suffering from sun burnts lor.. lol after that we decided to go Vivo to have a lunch cum dinner, lol went to Kim Gary HK restrant and all ate baked rice set meals.. den walked ard vivo before heading to Keppal Bay TCC to chill up.. I thoroughly enjoyed the great companies guys.. THank you! =)

Fireworks 2009 from my Office View =)

Yawnz, Just came back not long ago, went to mit Carol at 2 plus at her workplace, proceeded to ION Orchard, to walk ard and also to eat b4 heading to my office to see fireworks as my office is quite near to the NDP floating stage... we went to the supermarket, oh gosh we actually saw them slicing Ham/preserved meat, slicing freshly from a preserved piece of goat/sheep leg... Yucks.. and our Ms Auntie Carol still can go and take a piece to try, and insist giving me one piece to try,.. it tastes v funny, i wanted to spilt it up, tasted like eating some decay fresh, yucks LOL..

Den we decided to skip main course, we wanted to try wide variety of food (as ION B4 is famous with lots of snacks stalls, so we censused that we should each bought something diff and share it.. we tried the R burger, which happen to be open by the celebrity Adam Cheng, nt bad, I tried the Avocado Cheese Burger, and Carol tried the chicken one.. not bad, the bun is like normal chinese PAO skins.. lol.. hmm den we bought octapus balls.. nice nice.. and plus a jap pizza.. we were like eating besides the walk path lor, cos no table n chair for us to eat.. lol quite shy.. ppl walking ard kp lookin at our tasty food.. haha..

Thereafter me and Carol proceeded to my office, as this fireworks viewing event is organised by my fellow colleagues, includive of a mini goodie bag, food etc.. : P Saw alot of colleagues and they brought their family.. we practically stood beside the glass window for like 3 hours.. lol took lots of pics.. esp the fireworks were fantastic!! : P

AFter that we walked to Chinatown to have some congee.. lol yes i agree tat with Ms Carol, we kept eat eat n eat. lol.. but I enjoyed her company really much.. is like been some time since we met up and spent so much time togehter =)

Dinning in The Dark

I am a SWAT (Staff Welfare Action Team) member in my company, that means together with my group members, we will organize events for our colleagues, so that besides work, they can also get to enjoy and have fun... Today we actually have a teambonding session within our group, we went to the blind association to try out their dinning in the dark.. needless to say, we are to eat in a very pitch dark (completely black) room...

The experienced I had was really unforgettable, in the beginning of the session, there was a partially blind staff introduced to us their association and what do they conduct the dinning session... Den we proceeded to another side of the house, we were instructed to go in 2 at a time and with our hands holding the shoulder of the person who is in front of us... den we were told to keep our eyes shut so as to adjust to the pitch darkness of the room....

Me and my colleagues were very nervous and panicked, cos we were afraid that wat if we overturned the plates or break the glasses... LOL off we went... Hmm the server was also blind.. den she is a ver kind lady, brought me to my seats (as they are trained and v familar with the layout of the room).. hold my hand and put it on my table and told me that this is my chair... I felt very helpless and alittle scared.. cos is completely dark, and I felt weird, cos my eyes need to slowly get used to the darkness... Our hearing senses are sharper, as our eyes are unable to see anything... first dish was mushroom soup, it was super duber nice, everything was nice, so we concluded that, our taste buds also becme sharper... Some of them spilled their soup, and also we are to pour ourselves drinks from a jar in the room itself, can u imagine, how scary it was, we truly afraid that we were overpour it.. so we need to pour it slowly, put one finger into the top edge of the glass, so that when we feel the liquid, den it meant is time to stop pouring... Nex serving was chicken chop! we took a fork and knife and tried figuring where is tat piece of meat, and what was beside it.. lol.. is like.. my colleague couldnt find the mashed potato, ended up when the room is lit on at the end of the thing, she realised that the potato is at another side of the plate, no matter how she poke, she said she couldnt find it LOL... mmmm I still managed to skinned the fats of the chicken chop.. lol... :P next was coffee, creamer and sugar were passed them among us, so u can imagine, we need to touch one another hands, make sure our neighbour is ready to hold the basket before we let go.. lol... last but not least, the ice cream was being served, tat was no sweat.. cos we koe that our desert spoon was at 12 o'clock arm length infront of us. =)

Overall, I felt that I learnt alot from this dinning, I feel very fortunate to be able to see, as I used to keep complaining that why must I wear glasses, but after seeing the blinds, it made me feel that sight is realy important, we just got to treasure this world, the shapes, colors etc...

Today met up with Zhen, and decided to go Orchard ION, the newly open shopping center... quite big that place.. but complicated, dun really koe how to shop, cos quite messy.. but the B4 got alot of authentic Jap food... we tried the Katsu rice:

Much nicer than those normal stalls one.. lol.. v nice, crust v crispy... Thumbs-up! :P
When walked pass Yakitori, saw one familar face giving ppl chicken balls to taste, its Jia Yuan.. haha so long nvr see him.. :)

Went to FEP shopped ard for my sis's present, hmm we practically walked from 2pm to 8pm lor.. legs really aching .. lol... : ) bought one top and legging for myself.... Den we walked to Orchard central, nth much lor.. boring shopping centre... After that we decided to take a bus to suntec to further source for tee for my sis.. haha cos we couldnt walk anymore, v tiring lor..

Mit at Vivo and had steamboat plus Macafe (no choice, starbucks closed at 10.30am lor -.-) haha JAnice met us awhile only, rushed down after work.. then Ann oso, dropped by a while only.. Saw her Flowery car, super cute.. lol... haha.. thanks ANn for lifting us to Clementi MRt : ) At times hw I wish I oso own a car, or have the someone like Janice like tat who bf has a car, will pick her up de..... So xin fu.. :)

Departing of my grandpa...

As the title indicated, my dad's side grandpa passed away on Monday, so I was on compassionate leave till today... although we and our grandpa wasnt close but we still felt the sadness of our loved one passing on....

For the pass few days were really shagged, lacking of slp and stationing at the wake for like 15 hours a day? as my family and my uncle's family were the sole in charge.. so I was like in charge of collecting those money which the visitors will give... and also make sure see what need to be done... tiring..

Hi guys... haha.. Long time nvr read my entry.. got miss me? :)

Well let me update you on my being first (dun care, even u dun want to know) haha...
Work has been really busy.. heaps of events gg on.. need to support the logistics etc.. Hate to do those idiotic shit work, but no choice, is part of HR job.. lol.. well been busy with alot of data entries cos we are gg to install a training system (Sux) hahaha i am one of the administrator lor.. haiz.. predict will be damn busy lor.. lets pray hard that everything will be better... lol....

Anyway personal life wise, everything is still the same.. Mon to Fri work.. weekends will look forward to go out with frens.. but GSS period now.. already started to purchase my Dorothy Perkins clothes.. (tops and bottoms) I knoe!!! Today attended my graduation ceremony... officially my journey in NP ended.. : (

So weird.. remembered back during sch days, how me and Shennie they all will keep counting down for graduating.. yet now, we were sad abt it.. hmmm.. well Memories filled me today when I was at the convention centre awaiting my turn to go up the stage to receive my scroll.. hmm.. during first sem, I still recalled that I went for the orientation for freshmen, time just flies.. lol.. life wasnt so smooth back then.. first sem I still wanted to quit when I really encountered obstacles with no classmates/friends and that I couldnt get used to the teaching method.. Lucky I didnt choose to quit.. and that so lucky that I got to mit Shennie they all.. and from then they are my buddies that go thru hardships.. (chioning projects and study together).. thank you guys! Three Cheers to our Friendships!

Well Was watching Michelle and Shawn wedding on the tv... is like after so long being together, now they finally tied the knot, as I saw they walked down the carpet, with Michelle wearing the most gorgeous wedding dress that have crystal on the dress! it was so princess so fairly tale! All of sudden I am so emo.. even dropped tears.. was thinking, will I ever get to walk down the aisle with the person I love? :'( ... Ok enuff of the "emo-ing".. haiz...

Today met up with the 2 gers at Paya Lebar, Janice suggested to go City plaza to shop shop so off we went.. well first went to eat the fried chickens v famous one in that shopping center, then shopped at those clothes' shops lor... bought a v worth it top for only $8!!! hahaha Thumbs Up! LOL then zhen bought one white top and a v worth bargain! $8 mini dress... =x Janice bought nth fr there.. hahaha then we went to this fashion paya lebar there .. so big, hee hee.. there Janice managed to bought a set of damn funky clothes! hee hee.. I bought a black shorts then zhen bought a top too.. hee hee.. after that zhen went to mit bf le... Left me n Janice, we wanted to go TM, but lazy, we went to City Hall instead... then we ate at Suntec TCC.. and me n janice ended up buying a pair of Jelly Scandals tat is buy 1 get 1 free.. hee hee.. ok i admit.. spent so much.. LOL.. sorrie janice, but I enjoyed hanging out with u.. LOL.. hee hee..

Mother's Day Dinner

This evening had dinner with my Grandma, aunts' family and my family, as a form of Mother's Day celebration... very normal dinner at the coffee shop, while I still prefer to eat n hang ard at my grandma's house lor, cos it will have more interaction, whereas in coffee shop, everybody eat n exchange few words, when the meal is done, everybody started to leave... well I went to buy Polar Cake for those mothers.. so I collected each $1.50 frm my cousins.. as they are not working.. hee hee..

Yesterday went to do hair treatment before meeting my hao peng you... Shennie, Candy, Amanda plus Rosinda!! hahaa.. seldom get to mit with ROsy and Amanda... so is totally new experience meeting both of them.. at first Candy said she wun be coming cos sicked.. but hahaha... so funny yuan lai she ganged up with Shennie, n surprised us by appearing in nowwhere.. lol.. ok we kicked off with meeting at City Hall and ate Thai Express, after that we walked ard at Raffles City with Shennie buying a Addidas office bag haha so cool they have this edition lor.. for OL. $100 plus.. but nt bad quite unique, then we went to a push cart and Shennie again bought a pair of sunglasses, while I itchy hand go n see their ring, ended up purchased a $28 ring=.- but its really nice,hee hee.. then we walked at city link with oftenly dropping in shops to see things.. Well ended at starbucks which we camwhored quite a number of pics! so cool n fun.. hahaha.. then went to Suntec, as Rosy wanted to shop for addidas jacket for her fren, well ended up she bought a laptop case fr addidas, me bought a pair of Super worth it slippers (with alittle platform) those rubber kind material for like $11.90 from Novo, which Candy bought 2 pairs of slippers/scandals. lol.. den we went to Marina Square shortly after that, Shennie (the big spender of the day) went to FOX bought 2 bottoms for like $60 plus. hee hee.. of cos with my persuading lar. cos I koe she long time nvr shop le.. so encourage her to buy lor.. den I went to Mango and bought a racerback for my sis and a pair of 3/4 black pants for my office warobe. :P while Amanda and Rosy bought clothes from Zara..
Yep Yep yesterday was our bankrutcy day lor.. spent alot lor.. hee hee but satisfied and fulfilling.. lol.. hee hee..

A day at Malacca

Yesterday nite bunked at See Wai's house as this morning 6am we need to assemble at her office for our one day trip.. yawnz.. met with her at Bedok interchange (my hometown) ate at hawker, wow the ice jelly damn shiok.. after tat went to her house, was v afraid of her parents, cos is like so weird, I am outsider.. lol anyway we slept at 12 midnite, but due to foreign place.. flipped n flopped.. sianz.. then totally very tired..

wow so many coaches went to Msia den as usual, JAmmed at Msia's check-point, so tortise! LOL.. hmm i must say One Day to Malacca, is insufficient in turns of timing lor... only get like 30mins to shop at the famous Nonya street and 1 hour for the big shopping complex!!!!! WTF! Shit! ended up, i bought local specialty products.. sianz so tiring, Morning 2 hr plus journey, evening again the same amount of travel.. SUX... haiz.. Buay Song!.. the lunch was kns too.. LOL nt v authentic Nonya lor.. too oily.. but the dinner was nice.. lol.. oK.

Tis afternoon my whole HR team went to eat lunch together, using the Buddy Fund we have, cos me n a colleague just converted to perm with wda, so each being assigned $60 for lunch.. den one of the managers oso got promoted, so we combined it, my DD suggested a membership club near tanjong rhu.. wow when i entered the restrant, is a WOW.. Fine Dinning...

LOl free flow of appetizer with salads, beef, pork and cakes! then the main course i ordered was steak...

managed to take one pic only.. lol.. last but nt least, washed off with a v cup of coffee.. lol..

Hmm will enjoy more if I will to eat with frens instead. lol
Fine dinning is fun, get to make use of the dinning ettiqutte I picked up back in sch..

Today finally get to meet up with the gers on a rest day! previously we always met up after work, which is rather tired all of us after a day of work, everyone is so not v energetic.. jus now with zhen n irence went to watch movie TAKEN, hmm nice n exciting plus touching show I must say.. lol.. Nice.. before that went Thai Express to eat.. yummy! after that walked ard Bugis b4 seperating with them...

Enjoyed myself with them and also the shopping process.. hee .. they bought some tops and bottom.. me oso a office skirt n earrings. v relaxing... hahaha... Thanks gers!

Lol.. really filled with envious lor.. haha.. saw alot of long distanced relatives.. they chit chat n catch up with one another... Bolly Bollywood Veggie Veggie Farm!

Yeah Yeah Yeah!..

Went Kranji farm today.. Veggie and goat farm with Carol and Janice.. Ger's outing! hee hee.. Nan de Janice sure off in PH, dun need to work.. and that we wanted to go to somewhere with nature.. out of the city? lol... well the flaw of the trip is the waiting time for the Kranji;s Express Bus, every 1 hr 30mins then pick us up.-.- Stupid! lol.... The Sun was blazing hot lor.. but quite happy that I am tanned by alittle.. hahaha

3 of us Cam-whored quite a numbers of pics.. ^^ (Still got more in Janice and Carol's Hp, will upload dem when received.^^)

Reached the veggie farm at ard 1plus, quickly headed for lunch, yummy!
- Papaya salad, Pineapple Chicken, Drumlets, Chicken Curry and final finale the bestest Banana Chocolate Ice Cream Cake! (so nt enuff).. lol

Well filled our taste buds, so decided to take a tour at the Veggie Veggie farm!

Thereafter, went to Goat Farm, bought 2 bottles of goat milk and drink on the spot.. hee hee.. Fresh from the goat's stomach. lol..

Hmm quite dissapointed as we could not like last time feed the goats anymore, as AVA disallows humans interact directly with the goats, scare of dieases etc.. haiz... nvrtheless took some pics from afar lol

Well so shuai! it rained cats n dogs when we are gg home -.-Shit, and if we will to take the Kranji Express, we need to wait like 1 hr 15mins, so we decided to walked out abit to the main road and take 975, brillant me, cos I was only the one who had umbrella lol, so be their "xiao cui" haha brought one at a time to the bus stop.. so wet, so decided to head home straight after tat, cos at first still wanted to go LOT 1 shop shop.. lol...

that goes my PH! sianz, tml gg to my Tang Ge's baby Full month lunch.... and Sunday nite is my Nai Nai's 80 Da Shou.. hahaha well relatives' weekends. LOL

Finally after 4 months finally get to mit my ITE buddies... : ) Me and Jama work hand in hand to organise this dinner gathering,.. I must say although is not a well planned one (only involve a dinner at pizza hut and coffee at Starbucks) but I truly enjoyed the time spent with my ite buddies lor.. after so long.. all have our own life, some studying some working... some got bfs some got gfs.. so nan de can ask them all to mit.. ; )

I am so comfortable spending time with my old frens lor.. thanks buddies! ^^ Hmm total 14 ppl came... hee hee not bad, although hope to see the others.. but too bad busy ba...

Hmm let me start with last friday... supposedly was my last day, had my farewell lunch and also my dearest auntie cleaner lol.. gave me a hong bao lor.. haha as I bought her fav pack of kopi-O 3in1.. lol.. I cried lor.. hee hee.. then something major happened, my boss asked me in to his office, offered me a 2 year contract but enjoy perm benefits lor.. well I was really shocked lor.. so last min then gve me this kind of choice to make.. haiz.. then i was like vexed for few days lor... cos I am v indecisive.. practically asked all my frens for their opinions and advises lor.. hee hee. most of them ask me to stay, cos is like HR is more specialised and tat I already familar with the ppl ard.... sounded logical, so until yday then I made the final decision lor.. haiz.. I am so sorry towards ITE lor.. HAiz last min rejected it.. hmm but no choice, my future is more important lor... so next wed then I will be starting in WDA....

So this few days were kinda slacked lor.. from last sat I went to IT show, OMG so crowded, managed to buy the long time wanted Dig Cam, i bought fujifilm $179.. hmm then went body shop sales.. sian lor spent $60 plus haiz i am damn broke!!!

Monday went to do hair treatment, then went to mit Candy at Jurong point, walk ard n chatted with her... ate the dessert... den Tuesday went out with my colleague to eat at Merchant Court buffet, nt bad lei.. wide variety.. nice dessets! so fattening i know.. thus quickly went jogging after tat.. hee hee... too late rgt? LOL

Den today I went OG Privates sale at ORchard, since my fren is a member, wow queued 20mins b4 entering the store... den we bought one top each only and the cashier queued for 1 hr 45mins lor! OMG>... lucky the top I bought is Dorothy Perkins one.. 30%.. I am supportive fan of them ok.. lol...

Ok finished reporting my track.. hahaha...

I am so looking forward to Sat mini dinner gathering with my Long Ite frens!!!

Batam Trip!

Well I am back from my 2 D 1 N Batam Spa Trip... I went Batam when I was a kid.. lol.. heard that it was totally undeveloped country from my dad at first.. so I only changed like $50SGD which is like nt enuff lor.. hahaha will continue later...

Ok let me start from the beginning, this time round it was Janice's poly/Ite frens organised one.. then when Janice mentioned about the trip which they be doing Spa oso.. I decided to tag along, and dragged Zhen along with me.. hee hee.. it cost $70 (Ferry and Hotel) and $128 for the 4 hours spa.. relatively reasonable... hmm gathered at Harbor front mac on sat morn 7 plus, went for mac breakfast, the ferry was at 8.45am then we tot can check in at 8.30.. den who koes.. haiz... the gate closed.. we got to wait till 10.50am for the next ferry lor.. oh well.. tat realli spoils our mood abit, we the group proceed to Starbucks and chill plus play Uno Cards to pass time.. I must say although I dun koe janice's frens, but after a while... we really warmed up.. hahahahaa.. clicked? LOL... hmm ok rched Batam at abt 12 plus liao.. den went to hotel checked in, then decided to explore the shops near our hotel n grab something to eat, settled for KFC cos nth much .. hmm the weather was freaking hot lor.. lol.. their clothes are pretty cheap although is nt as fashionable as Singapore.. Then went back to our room to wait for the time to spa.. in the meantime, we played cards.. heart attack..!! so exciting lor.. hahahaha

waited till 4 plus then the spa person came and pick us up... first time doing spa.. so was quite excited lor... the person is asking whther we wan invidual room or couple room.. well since me n zhen shared same room, so i jus say anything lor... ended up we shared the same room for spa.. hahaha shy shy need to wrap with towel only.. lol.. hmm started off with a body massage, then massage with lavender oil.. then apply a cooling scrub... massage again.. den went to soak in the milky rose bath tub lor.. v relaxing yet itchy ... but I think the spa session is the testing of endurance.. lol... cos I need to force myself nt to laugh out loud, cos is v itchy when the person massge me.. lol at the same time, i need to control my bladder, as 4 hours of spa is no kidding.. cannot go toilet one.. cos toilet outside the room, I cant pic myself with a towel wrapped n walk out the room.. lol.. so ENdure! hahahaha... hmm the facial (which included in the spa package), was relaxing... first cleansing, masking and moistizing..just that I am afraid my face cant tahan cos I have sensitive skin lor.. lol.. by the time we done with the spa, it is abt 9pm already.. our stomachs were quite hungry... lol well nth much to eat, so we decided to order Mac delivery.. ya I know, fastfood day for me, fr morn mac, to afternoon kfc then dinner mac again! LOL.. no choice.. hmm.. slept at abt 1am.. sianz... didnt had a sound slp.. woke up at 2.30am cos I heard some knocking sound.. OMG.. hahaha... well pai seh.. our room is single beds de.. I saw zhen's side still got space, decided to Bunk with her, cos Im kinda scared! ok *scary cat* lol...

Woke up at 9am.. Yawnz... hmm den went down to eat hotel breakfast.. so so only lor the food... den quickly go shopping (the highlight of the trip too)... ahahahaha took cab to the shopping center, remember i was saying i changed only $50 Sgd.. lol... went into the departmental store, den took a shorts (for my sis), 3 fake Raphl Lauren Poto Tees (for parents n myself), a black bermudas (for myself) is real cheap.. $30plus Sgd.. BUT! my $50 I changed I already spent some on food.. so I was shocked that i didnt realized I didnt have sufficient Rupaih! hahahha so Malu, lucky Janice n zhen are ard.. borrowed fr them first, then quickly went down to money changer to change another $50 SGD.. hahah fr then , i koe that i need to spend wisely.. haha cos i didnt bring enuff $.. lol... hmm shopped for like 2 hrs plus, nt bad... Went back to hotel to collect our lagguages, then went to Ferry terminal.. by the time we were really exhausted.. due to lacking of slp lor.. hahaha.. but enjoyed ourselves aplenty lor.. with great frens... hahaha... well heard that they be gg for a one day shopping trip there again in May.. Yeah! tis time round, I will make sure I change more $! hahahahaha Oops!

Yawnz... so tired.... lol.... well quite sian, seeing zhen n janice's bf so care for them.. is like far away, u koe there is someone care n miss u.. the feeling should be damn shiok n sweet lor... lol..

Well after so long... Finally I met my old best fren Carol!..been like couple of mths i guess since i really meet and catch up with her.. LOL after work went Westmall wait for her to off work.. then went with her to eat Zu Cha.. we ordered like Thai Chickens, Hotplace toufu and Sambal kangkong.. yummy! haha.. then thereafter went coffee bean to chat.. chatted alot.. even though we didnt see one another for quite some times, but when we mit, the sparkles just striked it off.. we can tok endlessly! haha power.. tats the special chemistry we have.. feel comfortable when chatting with her all the time.. haha..

ITE Appointment...

Woohoo... Did you see spider wed spreading ard my poor blog page? LOL simply nothing and too lazy to blog... Hmm.. lets start from last sat, Valentine Day.. I went to Bugis n waited for my mum there... *rolled eyes* saw so many roses being held my gers... Sianzation.. hahaha..

Anyway.. last few weeks, those who close to me, koe that I have been having dilemna in whehter to accept the Maagement Suport Officer Position at ITE AMK... cos I am v worried that I wun be able to cope.. and then my current company, heard from one of the managers that, our training side, will be purschasing a Training system to administer trainings courses etc.. thus they might need a more experienced personnel to handle.. I was real worried that I will be replaced.. as after all. I am deemed as a TEMP... so if they feel they dun need me, is ok for them to let go... was really v uneasy... feeling unsecured.. just when I was feeling so helpless, ITE called, and offered me the position at ITE amk.. is not HR related.. more to student affair division... thus I tink is better that I hop over there.. Today just went down to sign the Appointment letter... Benefits are pretty good.. just tat is nt HR related.. so nt sure whther can I cope nt.. haiz stressed!

Well since now I have made the decision, I shall not think too much.... Jia You Amylia! you got to endure and adapt the obstacles ahead!

Voluntary Work

We have been actively organizing the "Yuan Xiao" event for the old folks who are at Bukit Merah... Sunday was the day... my whole group of jie meis were all present ^^ hee hee rarely we have full ateendance.... Was really happy that the event was a success.. as Sat nite.. our Jasmine ger (the core organiser) was still worrying about in sufficient of volunteers.. today 24 volunteers VS 200 old folks... lol.. fortunately... this time round, all the volunteers are very auto and helpful.. all tried their best and co-operate with one another.. tat really helped alot..... we started off with setting up of the tables and chairs at the pavilion next to blk 105.. haha.. those ppl eat dinner those tables n chairs.. then followed by urshering of old folks to their respective table... some volunteers were assisgned as servers, some are assigned to scoop the buffet food into the plates.. Very grateful to our core organisers Jasmine and Adrain.. who did the main planning and sourcing for sponsors of food and goodie bags... oso took the courage to do the MC.... esp Jasmine... the event wun be sucessful without the 2 of u... : ) Hmm old folks were very frendly.. we served them drinks, main course and dessert.. followed by distributing of goodie bags.... oso would like to thanks Sarah's home management lor.. who helped up with the games.. and communicating with the old folks.. LOL...

Been so long since we last really did such a event.. very meaningful i must say.. is like contribute back to the society... and yet at the same time, it really enhanced bonding between friends.... get to koe more frens oso... kinda happy and got some sense of satisfaction.. as seeing those old folks, will make us realised that How fortunate we are... cos e.g. I saw an indian old man who insisted n asked us to give him a plate to eat.. but the event was only for chinese cos is kinda celebrating last day of CNY, but the indian ah pek just kept pleasing them.. said just a plate of bee hoon.. tat made me think tat although I am nt rich.. but at least my life is better than him..

Hmm now me and Wendy aiming to go back there once a month to do some smaller scale voluntary work,. like cleaning of some of their houses etc.. LOL.. less stressful I supposed.. cos to plan such a big scale event, requires heaps of co-ordination and time... well although it will be a smaller scale.. but volunteers are welcome lor.. to help to clean their home.. =x

Had runny nose ever since last week... have been using Panadol to "pushed down" the virus! trying to endure and fight it, lucky it didn't erupt during CNY.. now then worsen... cannot stand it at work.. keep wanting to doze off, feeling cold.. head pounding lor.. haiz.. sian.. decided to spend the $ and visit the doctor lor.. haiz.. Anyway just came back from shopping with my mum... we went Marina square and Bugis then followed by eating the Nonya buffet... hmm nt bad.. but nt much varieties lor... managed to buy a top and bottom from Dorothy Perkins.. on Sales! $29 each.. Good Deal! : ) hmm wasnt feeling tat well.. dun koe well.. mood wasnt really good.. maybe becos the thought of need to go back to work tml is simply sian lor.. Haiz... Sianz.. I want to spend more time with family and friends! lol

Chinese New Year Eve and Day 1!

First of all... Let me wish all my Chinese frens a prosperity Ox YEar!

So fast, first day of CNY is over! lol... yesterday went to my aunt house to have steamboat.. father's side one.. a,lthough we are not v close, but quite enjoyed the spending of time with my relatives.. is like real reunion tat kind...

Then this morning, first day of CNY, 9am my downstair auntie knocked on our door already, they were all ready to go to my grandma house already.. Yawnz.. so brushed my teeth, bathed and prepared to go visiting! hahaha.. is just typical CNY.. every year the same, wear new clothes, go my mother's side grandma's house, ate and slacked ard.. nvrtheless enjoyed gg to her house lar.. esp me n my cousins prepared to camwhore! every year the same! LOL...

Later in the afternoon went to my Dad's side grandma house, which is at Changi.. wooo super far.. haha.. went there, nth much., just sit ard lor.. but i get to carry my lovely niece hahaa such a cute little baby bundle! hahaha.. and oso another nephew.. hahaha who is real busy in playing with chocolates.. haha kp throwing the ferrero Roche ard lor..

Reaced home at ard 9 plus.. damn sian lor... something is bothering me.. Smsed.. but no response de.. alwasys like tat de.. HAiz..

Nothing much to do just now, so decided to watch those video clips which were taken by me and my poly buddies during our poly times... Our "acting" are damn funny! Haiz I really missed the time when we really had fun working together, "chioning" projects' etc... now all are working, having our own busy life, seldom mix ard already.. really miss those times... HAiz

Exhaustion is the only word that can describe how I feel right now!!!!...
Lets start with this morning, went for hair treatment, then rushed to Paya Lebar to meet See Wai as she wants to go to City Plaza to buy perfume, we went to Paya Lebar and ate the Waffle Buffet which was featured on the "yong yuan chi bu fei" channel 8 show. I guess, lucky is quite cheap $8.80 because I are 4 pieces, already v filled... haha... the only wafffle that make me thumb up is the D24 durian filling which cust can only order one time only....

hmm after that went to City Plaza, nothing much actually, more of auntie clothes lar.. but some shops really have good bargains! haha i found a collar top for $10! hahaha cheap! tats the only thing I bought from the plaza.....

5 plus, went to meet Zhen at Chinatown, as I asked her to pei me go there to get a feel of CNY feeling and oso to buy some decor for my house... Wow it was SO SUPER DAMN PACKED!!!!

Jammed like hell lor... me n zhen were so afraid that we were lost one another, so we firgured a way, I walked behind n hold on to her shoulder, so she will koe i;m rgt behind,, LOL so funny... before tat, we went People's park center, bought my Simple products and oso a unique dress, den went to OG we bought Dorothy Perkins Basics TOp 2 for $23!! Super BargaiN!.. LOL...

Then at the Pasar Malam, I bought one decor (ox one) for my home, and hmmm.. a bottle of homemade cashew nut cookie.. wow really filled with CNY mood already!.. hahaha... and bought a mini $10 Yu Sheng! Hee hee.. waited one full year b4 i get a chance to eat yu sheng..

Had a hard time coming home lor.. hands were filled with stuff! and my blister broke then it hurted like hell lor.. haha but worth it lar! just tat really spent alot.. Haiz...

Shopping and Spring Cleaning

Hi guys! here comes my weekly entry.. Yday went shopping with Li zhen, we from west went to central then east lor! hhahaa first stop went orchard area to shop.. den i bought one top from Mango and Zhen bought 2 tops fr Isetan and 1 dress from This fashion.. oh ya, speaking of this fashion, KNS! we went Fas East one, the staff got attitude problem one lor.. when we were trying, then i;m done, so stood outside zhen's room so can see nice a not for her, then the staff just told me rudely, can wait outside NOT? -.- then when zhen done le, handed the clothes to the staff, the staff just snatched the clothes from her lor.. Idoitic person!

oh well... after that we went to Singapore Expo for Metro Sales.. nothing much there.. we just bought some gers' stuff then went to Tampines Mall for dinner n walk walk over there.. our legs were aching lor.. walked for whole day.. we settled at Coffee Bean for dinner then went cotton on, they having sales, i bought a demin shorts for $10 only.. zhen bought a top for $5! hahahaha value for money ok! =) we really enjyed our mini shopping spree and oso each other company.. haha..

Ok as for today, I didnt go out at all, decided to spring clean my room! and it took like 3 hours lor to do so... I started of with my celing n conny... by using a wet clothe to clean it lor.. then cleaned the top of my cupboards and shelvings.. throwing some stuff away, then wiping the walls, cupboards etc.. wow so tedious n tiring... filled with dusts.. LOL.. but jus glad that now my room is so clean hee hee.. then after that ironed the clothes and wash the toilet.. HAiz so tired by now.. LOL.... Feeling not very good rgt nw... like headache n sore thoart kinda feeling.. haiz...

Shall start this entry with the above delicious cake! hahaha...
Today worked from 8.30am to 10.30am, then our whole dept went to Suntec Swensen as Xmas gathering... I went there with my senior manager!! OMG! she drives her hubby's car, which is the latest BMW series.. first time sat in so posh car lor.. her hubby is a pilot (envy lor), and herself is senior manager, so can afford it lor.. Haiz... is just one grain of rice can grow different kind of people lor... anway back to the topic, well we exchanged gift by drawing lots.. then I wished for a $10 NTUC voucher, so that the person who is buying for me wil be easier lor.. haha.. then we also played a game, whereby everyone must vote for someone on their personalities, highest voting will get a small gift.. and I won the "Ms Polite" one -.- but I guess I am more of the "Miss Cheerful" lor.. hahaha.. Wow this year got more presents lor.. 6 gifts from colleagues, 2 from frens.. compared to last year. LOL... quite happy lor.. haha...

After that went to mit zhen at Bugis, at first tot of really to do a shopping lor.. but sian ended up like nth much to buy lor.. spoiler! i guess i too used to buying clothes online le.. those outside de -.- all are quite normal n plain lor.. ahahahaha =x then we headed to JP, me n zhen tot of exploring the new extension of the building.. and also asked irence to join us for dinner.. haha we went to pizza hut.. nt bad their xmas set meal. then walked ard, oso nth much, ended up bought a v nice star necklace!.. LOL.... after tat we all are exhuasted so headed home... anyway nice to hang ard with buddies in xmas eve lor.. hahaha

Yesterday after work, met up with my poly buddies.. Candy and Shennie at JP, as we agreed to mit for dinner and exchange our xmas gift! LOL.. really nice to once again see them lor.. after quite some time.. haha all busy with work etc.. hmm I got Shennie's present which are 2 cute greenie plastic photo frames, but is more for couple frame lor -.- hahaha oh well.. hahaha.. then Candy got mine, which was a lavender bath set and a rose hand lotion... haha.. then walked ard JP, wow the new extension is quite spacious n have heaps of shops! havent really explore everything, wil do one day! hahaha..

Ok as for today, Saturday, woke up at 7am!!! for my short run and also went down to Bukit Merak blk 105, the old folks' block, with Wendy, Jasmine, Adrain, Li zhen and irence.. it is Wendy's idea to once again embarked our Journey in community service, we figured tat is time to continue our contribution towards the society!

ok back to my entry, after that we went to TIong Bahru to further discussed the details, so please guys, we aiming for 100 Old folks, so need as much as volunteers as possible! ^^ after tat we changed our focus, shopped for xmas gifts.. haha went to more than words.. bought some gifts.. Wendy, jasmine irence zhen all oso bought gifts for colleague or sis lor.. haha.. den we went off to mit Janice (the birthday ger, as we oso came out to celebrate her bday!) haha.. we met ar raffles place, and ate Tung Le High-tea, haha exchanged gifts again! I got Wendy's gift which is precious moments' poceline cup and a pencil! hee hee so sweet, and Irence got mine, a bath set and oso a cookie mirror.. hahaha .. pics are as follows! ^^ truly enjoyed! oh ya we oso gave Janice's bday present which consist of Myphosis bag and 2 body shop perfume! (credits to Serene and irence).. hahaha after tat we decided to walk from Raffles to city hall.. wow super hot though.. today Wendy shopped like hungry ghost.. lol.. bought a top, 2 dresses, pair of heels and heaps of gifts! LOL.. ahahahaha richie ger but good to pamper urself lar! hee hee.... Janice left at 6 plus., cos she simply too exhausted already... Poor her.. then left 4 of us, went Suntec, walked ard, then Wendy suggested to eat the fondue at the waffle shop.. hahaha simply awlfully delicious yet sinful.. hahaha.. ok after tat Zhen was so excited abt the Precious moments' Big figrine (dun koe hw to spell ^^), hahaah then we went to take some pics of it lor.. hahahaha... first time see her so excited.. like a kid.. hahaha... by the time, we were simply exhausted! 12 hours of being outside, walking most of the time.. dragged our ached legs all the way to mrt lor.. hee hee..

This morning, had a hard time waking up.. due to the cool and nice weather plus my mind keeps preventing from waking up cos is MONDAY! Work day.. nevertheless, dragged myself to work.. lucky saw zhen on mrt, so at least she helped to kill some of the blue. Today got 2 new staff, so there was orientation, busy setting up laptop n projector... plus there is also event for all new staff so need me to set up room etc... v busy lor.. alot of co-ordinating work to do... Sianz.. Damn It.. seriously hated my supervisor.. she is pervert lor.. at times when she happy, she anything oso can, if nt, if she too worked up, she will squeese my arm, so pain.. or if she approached me to dedicate stuff, she will pull and twist my jcket... Sickening.. maybe she had psychological diability? HAiz.. the tot of facing her everyday, make my life more dreadful. haha.. Endure 1 year AMy!

When on my way home, somebody grabbed my hand while I was alighting from the train.. shocked, It was a familar face! my Singpost Clement Branch 2nd In-charge.. so happy to her see! lol.. we exchanged few phrases, then she went off le, cos mrt is here.. hahaha able to once see my beloved ex- in charge, i was filled with memories n happiness lor....... Well glad to koe tat my clement branch ppl all still there, so I will make a trip down there soon when CNY nearing! LOL...

Long Weekends....

For the past 3 days, I spent most of the time at home slacking!... did not go out with frens at all.. hee hee... Well Sat went market with my mum then after that just slacked all the way lor. As for Sunday, went to see doctor, as I am suffering from Face Allergic as I went to buy Tanaka White to apply... den all rashes appeared! ... waste money! haiz.... after that went for hair treatment then to lot 1 for awhile, ate the HK cafe.. then at first planned that Monday wanted to go ZOo with sis n cousin cos I got free pass, but ended up i cancelled, cos doctor said I cannot to expose to sun.. anyway this morning oso rain like hell... jus felt quite bad that I asked my cousin to go le, then last min turned him down again... I love staying at home, w/o doing anything.. so peaceful.. n relaxed~ lol...

hmm anyway tml work again! so dreadful! Sianz..... Hw I wish I can escape from the CIty Life.... go somewhere that dun have any pressure and dun have so many irritating ppl.. LOL.. Grow my own food! wow..... Shiok!...

Oh ya lately been quite inspired by Little Nonya.. the food i mean.. just feel like gg to Malacca... as a relaxation and oso a eating trip? totally so attracted to Peranakan Culture! LOL... but i have a wish.. hope that one day, I can take long distance bus to Malaysia with a someone.. ok in my dream I meant. lol....

December is here, which means one month away from 2009... let me do a quick summary for the year of 2008...

Basically the year flew like a rocket, is like CNY like just passes only now year end already..

For year 2008, the biggest event was that I finished my studies and entered into working life.... which until now I still cant believe I finished my studies, at times I will miss being a student.. LOL. This year also filled with knowing new friends, get to know my nice colleagues (but not sup), also fren's fren who really brighten my days... But of cos there was also negative event like last week, one of the uncle passing away, which mentioned by me b4, feel that we sld try to do the things tat will make us happy. Also, ever since we graduated, me and my poly mates/buddies are also somehow quite distanced, as they are busy working also, some busy earning extras etc... but will try to ask them for a mahjong session though.. lol... the other sad thing was that, me and my bestest buddy is also distancing, got the feeling that she rather spend time with her beau and her closer group of buddies, oh well.. I shall not disturb her then.... that roughly wraps up my year of 2008! ya i koe, kinda bored year rgt.. hahahaha.

Anyway for the pass few weeks have been toying the idea of whether should I apply for ITe teaching assosicate, been asking around my frens ard me, gathering opinions etc.. then one of my new manager, so happened to be from ITe HR previously, so she enlightned on my doubts lor.. wow the bond is like 3 years ok.. not counting/inlucding (1st year, helping of lecturer) and (2nd year onwards the degree) which they sponsoring, the offcial bond will start only when u completed the studies! what the hell! no cannot.. i doubt I have the energy n determination to be tied down for that many years... so alternative plan.. work with this company till the contract of 1 year ends, then at least for 1 year experience, then hop to a better prospect company, as current company, I;m deemed as temp staff, so not much benefit at all.. oh well..ok endure Amy, given the recession is just right at the doorstep. LOL..... Thank guys! for listening to me naggings!lol

Just came back from my parent's friend funeral, to me, he is consider a uncle.. saw me grew up fr young.. at temple.... it is so v sad when ppl ard you go off to another world... cant helped being really upset.... just reached home not long ago, all of sudden felt the emptiness... the loneliness... Sorrow started to set in..... Life is so precious, we really got to treasure the ppl ard us. Kinships etc...... His memories will always be in my heart.... so tired and sleepy..... Saturday, Went out with Zhen to Bugis a while to collect our free Clarnis Samples... after that both of us went to Hotel Rendezvous to have hi-tea, as i got one to one coupon... the main food so so only.. but the desserts are ma ma mia!. I like their durain fudge cake, cookies and cakes! their Kueh Pattie (dun koe hw to spell) only koe is a biscuit cup then put the popiah cabbage in it. lol... hmm after tat we went PS walk walk then decided to head home, as we both were so tired.. dun koe why...

SUnday, Haiz rest day ending! Today was rather busy, 9.30am woke up, then went to buy breakfast and ingredients for cooking... washed the toilet, mopped the floor, tidy my room... hahah tired! then asked my cousins to play badminton together.. After tat, started preparing dinner, been so long since I last cooked! haha... so tiring to cook.. so I salute to my mum, always cook after work!

Well let me see what should I blog abt? hmm.. Today took half day time off to go for my Dental check-up, is been 7 years since I last saw a dentist! gg to a dental had been always my phobia.. I guess it was because of my primary sch experience, I remembered the nurse's eye shadow was like rainbow lor.. so colorful.. then when she wore a mask, I only focus on her terrible colored eyes! hahaha n she was so fierce.. thus everyone back then scared to be called for e dental check ups. haha that phobia had always been with me.. until now then i realised hw important dental health is, thus went to polyclinic to do a check lor...... basically did a Scaling, Polishing and Fillings lor.. total $81! i koe compared to private, this is much cheaper, just tat..! to me its still a bomb lor.. the dentist was friendly.. and commended that my gums are healthy! hee hee... hmm.. but the scaling n filling part abit scary.. cos one of my tooth is quite sensitive.. then was real sourish feeling lor.. scary.. haha..

Hmm so far.. work wise, the week was quite busy, cos as recessions set in, more and more ppl finding jobs, thus need to arrange more interviews, v hectic at times... my time passes quite fast when busy lar.. Monday 2nd big boss coming in, cross finger lets pray tat she is nice person yeah? LOL...

tml gg out with zhen zhen! hahaha Happy! Most looked forward to Sats lor.. cos can go out and relax with buddy... : )

Just got back from SGH, went to visit a uncle from temple.... although not v close with him, but I started to go to the temple when i was only a infant, from then, he saw me grown up.... ate my dinner after way then rushed down to the hospital, as my mum said that he is not gg to make it for long... me and my mum went down, he still recog my mum... both of us see him grew n becme so thin n pale... we cried out.... It really made me feel that life is so unpredictable.. one must really koe hw to treasure lives. I hope he can leave peacefully without further suffering..... Haiz.. I am so sad.....

Dear all.....

One week did not update my blog... hmmm lets start from Friday.... After work went out with Li Zhen and my pri/sec fren... yep.. both of them did not koe one another at frist... so i;m the faciliator lor... hahahaa... cos zhen hasnt be tat happy due to some reason.. so tot of asking her out lor.. we met at City Hall then went Marks n Spencer to shop for some biscuits and also managed to get a good deal.. a purple basic top that I can wear to work.. Sale Price $15, but still got addtional 20% so the top cost 12! hahaha.. good deal... after tat together 3 of us went Thai Express! as usual, w/o fail... the food is so delicious.. had fire noodle, and 3 side dishes lor..... : ) then went MArina sqaure to shop ard.......

Then Saturday, went for my hair treatment first, after that attended my long distanced relative wedding dinner, bride is like 19 yr old only... the dinner was so so only.. LOL... anyway the whole set up of the wedding dinner wasnt that organised.. is like.. hiccups here n there.. oh well...

as for today, this morning so rare that my parents are off from work, then went to eat rbeakfast with them... Kway Chap... after that went to attend my cousin (Tang Ti) 2nd marriage Hi tea buffet lor.... saw my cousins again.... cos we only get to see one another for 3 times a year... anyway hope tat this time round, his marriage will works, if nt the innocent kids will suffer lor...

Ya I;m back agaiN! nothing to do, so cme in here to kill boredom!

THis morning, woke up at 8 plus... so happy to see the Sun Shine brightly.. as yday it was raining cats n dogs tat made me cancel my jogging.. so guilty.. then tis morning went for my jog... to compensate my body lor.. fr yday buffet.. haha Anyway... after that decided to clean up my room, threw some clothes away, cos my mama has been nagging saying that my warobe exploding soon.. haha... after that went to my grandma house, haha long time nvr go.. so went there..... always liked to spend time with my grandma, cos seldom has the chance to do so.. and also she is quite old already...

ANyway tml is new week agaiN!.... Sianz... please let it passes faster hahahaha........ but knowing i;m nt the only one who is Sianing... then is ok lar.. cos my buddies all also working, also v sian.. so we motivate one another lor... lol...

Today is Saturday! hahaha... managed to mit up with li zhen and Irence, we wanted to go to the Nonya Buffet Cafe at Bugis which was featured in the variety show but it was FULL! tats wat Singaporeans capable at... hahah dashed down after watching it from TV! haha.. den we decided to try out TUNG LE Hi-Tea, as i had been wanting to try Tung Le food for 3 times but nt sucessfully... finally!.. managed to make a reservation first b4 gg down, just in case.. its at Raffles lor.. sianz.. ya Sat still went to my working area.. but nvrtheless is worth it ok!.. hahaha... we went down from Bugis, then rched ard 2 plus.. WOW the Dim Sum is so so nice.. with real fresh juicy prawns... and my bestest FAVORITE is............................... EGG TARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

their mini egg tarts are so fluffy and delicious lor.. I ate 15 mini tarts!! I koe I koe.. tml i will jog ok.. hahahaha.. super duber delicious, cant help it sia! hahhahahaha.. plus tats also the Siew Mai, Har Kaw, Vietnam style popiah, nice beef, fried you tiao, century egg congee, many many more! definitely worth the money... it costed $16.80+ lor... hahaha.. ok we were so full tat after that I went to restroom to puke hahahaha.. den we also skipped our dinner! LOL.. so the meal consist of our lunch and dinner! hahahaha I enjoyed eating with the two gers lor.. chatted.. then zhen was so cute when she is full! hahaha so quiet, kp saying tat she has to eat slowly, if nt will puke! LOL.. so funny sia... hahaha Irence also funny lor.. one last egg tart she insisted she couldnt finish it, then went the waitress clearing it, then she said dun waste, forced herself to eat! LOL... hahaha... ok enuff of food!

hahaha enjoyed thoroughly! .. hahahah then after tat we made our way to city hall... walked ard.. went to Marina sqaure, then Irence bought 2 tees... oh ya before tat we bought clothes at This Fashion Bugis too.. v super cheap $10 for decent clothes lor.. den after that we went SUntec.. both gers both clothes fr This fashion again.. lol.. oh ya bought a pants fr G2000 $19 only.. nd to wear to work.. hahahaha....

Then reached home at ard 10pm... still nt hungry! lol... hahaha good good..

Anyway, saw alot of couples everywhere..... cant help having the stupid tots again... LOL....

Wow Weekends passed so fast! Sianz... tml back to work again! hahahaha... Anyway had been going out on Sat and Sun.. haahaha shopped ard and makaned with frens plus catch up with them. LOL.. truly enjoyed my rest days lor.. haha.. although in between there was hiccup lar.. lol.. dun wan to tok abt it anyway. haha... Thank you frens for being ard me and give me heaps of advises, when I most need it.. hahaha and so glad that Wendy steps out from her gloomy world liao.. and beginning to koe new ppl ... Take it slow ger.. hahaha dun rush things. =x

Hmm.. Well, REally v confused, convincing myself that there isnt anything there.. but cant help thinking more n more.... but cant risk losing the situation right now.. Cherish it.. therefore will continue to convince myself.....

hahaha.. today was a great day for me..

First of all, going to work can be sian rgt? hahaha but nt today, as me n zhen managed to catch one another time.. I board fr JE she board fr Clementi, her destination to Kallang mine to raffles.. haha kinda fun, as the day b4 yday zhen saw me at the raffle mrt stat, tat inspired us to mit with one another to go to work.. so tat it makes gg to work becme less torturing? LOL then we agreed tat middle cabin will be the mitting place! lol... then chatted all the way to raffles, well time passed quicker with someone to tok to ok.. hahaha..

Den this morning rched office but no time to enjoy my breakfast, cos nd to set up laptop and projector for orientation.. for 2 new staff.. busy for 1 hour, b4 setting down n enjoy my breakfast. LOL... Then today was Janice last day at CBD area as her training will be ending, and she will be posted to OCBC branch.. haha so asked her out for lunch! yesh! another jie mei of mine today.. nt bad is like once again i have someone to speak freely to.. u koe w/o those 2nd thoughts or thoughts that being filitered when speaking to colleagues.... haha we went for roasted duck/ chicken rice.. then walked ard for a while.. b4 parting.. hahahaha...

Then 5.30pm sharp went off on the dot.. and me n zhen decided to catch one another again.. LOL.. then tats the funniest part.. i asked her to miss call me when her train is here, she said her train was crowded.. so she might wan to get down at my station to mit me.. she will let me koe.. then by the time her train arrived, she nvr say anything so i assume tat she is inside, then i boarded, nvr did i koe our ms zhen went out the train, then nvm i went to tanjong pagar to mit her lor.. hahahaha so funny.. like playing hide n seek. LOL but had fun lar. LOL... Went to clementi to threat eyebrow.. hahahaa..

I must really add this year sure had lots of surprises! was a unforgettable one...

Firstly, yesterday, finally get to meet up with the gers! with full attendance ok! LOL.... ok let me start right fr the beginning, yday went out my house earlier so to go John Little to purchase my facial products, because they are having member sales again.. then after that went to mit Janice, Li zhen and Irence first, as both Serene and Wendy will join as later.. then few of us went to have lunch at Yoshinoya first then we went to Suntec to purchase movie tickets, we watched House BUnny, very nice girlie show.. LOL and funny too.. Hmm that was the time when serene rched.. and Bryan all of sudden also popped out! hahaha I was very surprised, as he had been telling me that he cant make it lor.. lol.. speechless when see him lor.. LOL... hmm then we went Gloria Jeans to drink coffee.. shortly after that BRyan left after passing me the present... v nice n sweet of him.. =) of cos lar.. always bully me.. so nd some compensation lor.. haha.. then after the movie, we went to boat quay TCC to have our dinner and chill there, hmm that was where wendy also showed up.. the food was damn delicious drinks too.. v yummy, sinful and satisfied lor... hahaha then the jie meis gve me the presents! oh gosh... first time in 4 years Janice finally in charge of buying presents lor! always she is the one who sit back n chip in the money only.. hahahahah thanks gers for giving me surprise and also presents plus cake ok.. hahahah ok I shot some of the presents that I received... here u go.............

A week filled with surprises!

Well let me start from Tuesday... at first after work was like so tired.. then rched home ate my dinner and bathed, when came out from toilet, I saw both my mum n sis were acting weird... so i suspected something.. hahah Bingo! Carol hid inside my room with a birthday cake! once again she used her old treat that she used last year, ganged up with my mama.. hahaha very grateful and touched by her caringness lor... hahaha... den didnt expect much from my colleagues as I am still new, nt tat close with them.. but on wednesday, my dept so happened to have a bday ger.. then they bought cake for her, then they so happened to koe tat my bday is coming, so they added me into the cuttting cake ceremony lor.. quite felt the sense of belongingness ok.. hahaha.. den today.. one of my colleagues who is closer to me, was on leave, but she purposely dropped by to the office to pass me my bday present! a gift a name mickey mouse cushion, cos i did mention b4 tat I need a cushion for my back in office lor.. so very touched by her gesture.. thank you so much Debby! Hahaha.. then my direct supervisor, brought me to coffee bean n treated me a cup of hazenut ice blended and a piece of muffin.. hahaha in return, i bought subway cookiers for the whole dept lor... then after work. went to mit YIng mei mei, hahaha my poly junior lar... cum fren.. ate delifrance, she bought for me a necklace n a braclet, so sweet of her ok.. hahaha so treated her to the dinner... =x

Monday Blue Blue and Coffee ADdict!

From Sunday morning till jus nw, my stomach wasnt feel tat good, whenever I ate, my stomach will churn, then feel like gg to toilet lor.. it was due to the CP BBQ at turf city lor.. nt clean n fresh the food, heard fr my fren there was lizard in their sotongs yucks... best part, my fren tat went with me to eat one, also got a stomach upset lor.. LOL..... then this morning dared not drink milk coffee cos scare wait stomach becme worse.. haiz wrong choice.! I didnt know I am such a big coffee addict u koe! today i was totally restless, listless, no energy at all plus headache! HAiz.... agony, plus today nd to learn alot of things.... was rather stressed lor.. LOL.. ok lar.. look forward to Sat again. =x

Birthday Gathering with Ite cum Poly Frens....

First of all, would like to thank my ite cum poly frens, Shennie, Candy and Ronald... LOL although we graduated from NP already, yet they still take time out to celebrate for me hahaha greatly appreciated n touched hahaha.... not forgetting the lovely hello Kitty Bread Box from shennie... v thoughtful, as she said that i always bring "flatten" breads to sch/work haha.. and also a hello kittly small pouch to act as a compartment for my stuff, again, cos she said that I am an untidy person lor.. haha see lar.. my birthday still got to shoot by her.. hee hee.. anyway so touched by her thoughtfulnesss... haha... pics of the cute presents... well although it looked kiddy, but i love hello kitty.. hahaha

and also would like to thanks Candy, Ronald and her beau (ZD) for the Skinfood's products huh.. i totally love the 3 colored lip gloss tat is in a cute tin/package... hahaha.. and thanks for complimenting it with a card huh.. hahaha... here u go....

OK we went to turf city to have steamboat/bbq dinner, which i tell u, the place is ulu and the food is so oily lor yucks! still $18 somemore... not worth it lar.. but nvrtheless still enjoyed their company lar.. then after tat we went to Liquid Kitchen to have a drink again! tat was when Ronald came to join us.. sat there to chit chat for 3 hours I guss.. hahah totally enjoyed myself.. as we were like catching up with one another and toking abt the sch days lor.. haiz.. hw we wished tat we are still studying lor.. well I saw Ronald is pursuing his dream job which is a Gym Instructor, and he is so happy with his job , really envy him lor... hahaha....

OK as for the past week, was busy, things are getting busier, as I am being exposed to more work lar..... trying to learn learn learn lor.. at times hope my english is better, cos my supervisor her english is so good lor... then at times when she see me typing emails, I will feel extra stressed lor.. cos my grammar and phrasing are nt tat good lor..... LOL........

Anyway really look forward to next sat outing with my group of jie meis, hope full attendance lor.. hahaha.... and once again would like to thank my frens.. =)

(P.S. bringing my Kitty bread box, I bet i will feel happy when I see it in the morning.. haha)

Yesterday went out with Zhen, Irence and Janice, serene wanted to join us at first, but last min nt feeling well, and tat Wendy was still suffering from heart pain. well i met up with zhen n janice at orchard first, cos Irence was late, then we went to far east, by the time irence rched orchard mrt ctrl stat, LOL so funny, she actually didnt koe where is far east. LOL.. we directed her via phone for like 10mins b4 she rched safely. LOL... it was a shopping spree again must i say? LOL.. haha.. Janice and me bought a bag, a pair of heels and a skiiny jeans... then irence bought a top and shoes, while zhen bought a pair of shoes n skiiny jeans lor... ya must be wondering why so many ppl buy jeans rgt? cos we went pennusular shopping center to scout for cheap jeans.. $15 a pair! good bargain! LOL... can wear to office one lor.... after that we went Marina Square to have thai express n walked walked, then went to TCC, to hang out their.. drank my fac Red Bean Coffee! super nice ok.. haha.... enjoyed the chilling n chatting there.. lol.. then we left at abt 11 like tat.... they took mrt, while i walked all the way to esplanade to take bus. Truly enjoyed sats' nites... and hate sundays' man! cos tml is work agaiN! eeek.. suffering fr Blues again.. haha.......

Then today went IMM with my sis, so rare to go out with her, cos she always she n her bf's world. LOL.. we went there to eat lunch and also bought my dad's sport shoes, went to new balance factory outlet lor.... after tat we went to lOT1 to walk.. cos koe tat lot 1 having Bega Atrium sale lor.. went to buy a office top $10.. nor mal looking one.. lol..

There goes my Sunday! here comes the Monday again.. Sianzation...... Sorrie, me nagging again.. LOL...

Hi everyone... I'm back finally... haha been too lazy to blog.. so far been 3rd weeks with WDA, still learning, but I guess I am beginning to like the job somehow? cos it really v HR, i mean fr schduling of interviews, doing orientations, reg for staff their trainings, issuing cheques, keying in awards, etc etc... haha.. the ppl are nice as well, we joked ard, eat lunch together.... just that, I heard WDA gg to move to old kallang airport next oct.. haha FAr! but who koes what will happen by then? heez...

ok enuff of work... Well is weekends agaiN! yeah yeah, it passes v fast though.. haha but i still get to meet up with my frens n shop! hahahaha Yipee.!

Hmm btw, my buddy carol birthday is Monday, tot Ann will organise a gathering today so as a form of celebrating i suppose, but nvr hear fr her le.. so this year, i nt v sure whther will we mit up for carol's bday nt lar. haiz but I koe carol n her own buddies will be organising their chalet for her bday.. so nvm at least she will be enjoying herself.. At times, I feel tat... we arent as close as we once were.. dun koe.. jus some weird thinkngs again... LOL.......

Oh ya to those Malay frens.. Selemat Hari Raya Adifitri!! haha i koe is quite late.. but nvrtheless enjoy the cookies n food huh! =)

Omg! As the title indicates, yes I am officially broke.. Lol.. today met up with Zhen n Irence at Bugis, main goal was to shop lor.. haha well I bought 2 pair of footwear, one is slip on, the other is a scandal kind. yes is on sale.. one is Bonia which is $19!!! hahaha.. another is fr tang studio, $19 also!! hahaha... then I bought my most expensive top out of my entire life.. Bossini Demin Outwear! $79 U.P. then there is 30% discount but still ex after discount, $55.30 haiz.. but i really like it, it can be worn as blazer or top.. formal yet casual kind. I love it! LOL hmm then also not forgetting my grandma, i bought her a top too.. haha.. hmm well overall i spent $170! Shh dun let my mama koes.. LOL........ include eating lar... well we ate mixed countries food today.. meaning, lunch we ate at HK cafe (Baked cheese rice) then dinner we ate thai express (Fire noodle, chicken wings and seafood salad shared among us).. yes I felt tat i putting on weight! haiz.. and I first time saw irence bought so many stuff also. heez.. 2 pair of shoes, one top, one bag etc.. haha we all bought heaps of things.. to destress i guess.. hahaha

Ok.. think i really got to be thrifty till i get my salary.. LOL...

Wow nowadays ever since i started work, I blogged less n less... haha too lazy n tired... well well 2 weeks at WDA.. hahaha still busy learning... but consider stil quite ok for the moment? haha.. hmm yesterday was the company onboarding session (is for the newbies perm staff to mingle with one another and the management), i of cos only a contract n small fly, helped with the ordering of caterer etc.. nt bad, have fun.. hahah get to choose the dishes, then set up tables, then chatted with my deputy CEO. gosh.. scary.. hahaha... hmm then later rushed down to my desk, n clear my work lor.. so many things to do.. haha time pass really fast lor. haha.. after work went clementi to mit with, Ann, Sherman, Carol, WJ, Wq and JOE! hahaahah as usual i was the first one to rch, then followed by the rest, we went to pizza hut to eat... wow the service so suxy.. then after that we went to bukit timah Liquid kitchen to chill up lor. so long since we really chatted.. hahah I love u buddies man! hahaha..... well relaxed from one week of shack life. hahaha....

I am suffering from Monday blues! haiz.. tml is the last day of the person tat is handing her work to me.. so I must try to absorb as much as possible.. haiz at times feel so sianz.. cos working so no life.. haiz hw i hope i have more free time.. and tat how i wish beside me, there is someone who can give me the care and support tat i need at times when work is too stressful. I feel so incomplete and nt motivated in life right now.. I dun ask for much.. jus a sms for encouragement... it is so unpredictable. at times wonder did i do anything wrong, tat dun attract anybody... ok anyway is just some randomly complains again..... Well I need to learn to survive, even is without anybody.. although is hard, cos overall i;m still a female creature. LOL.....

Hmm this few nites were like worrying for a fren... cos she was being hurted by her bf.. cos she simply too give in to her bf, and the bf takes her for granted, she was too soft-hearted... contributed every soul n monetary in the relationship.. he was her priority in her life, she lived for the sake of hiM!. and yet he can still complain tat, my fren as a gf, had nt done her part sufficiently. WTH! F*** HIM! they were like together for 3 years, the jie meis already dun like the bf in the beginning.. cos he bullied her too much.. my fren was like stood outside his house, yet he jus slammed the door on her.. hw on earth... ok enuff of the bloody shit! well it made me dun trust guys tat easily.! hahaha... cos it is simply too hurtings n painfuls.....

Well GER, life is tough... full of obstacles... now u r fortunate tat u see his true color, nt only after the marriage or wat, which is too late.. Be strong.. u have yr family n us ard yeah! Cheers.

5 Days of Work..

Today was the 5th day in WDA... well on wed was kinda v stressed cos I guess i havent fully adapted the working style and work loads, was really down, thanks to my frens' encouraging words.. =) hmm after tat, the stress reduced abit.. well.. at least my colleagues are real nice lol.. we will go lunch together everyday and chi chat to de-stress.... and yes, i koe.. nd to be careful... hmm well everyday is a learning journey, i learnt n absorb new things... hope I can learn as much from the person by tuesday, cos tuesday is her last day.. so I will be taking over liao.. hmm.. i must say one of the higher ranked ger, who is 29 year of age, who i can really clicked along well.. LOL.. we chatted almost everythings.. hmm anyway, still have a little problem to memorise those departments so far also koe (TB, HSBD, PD, CDD, CMCD, IFD etc?) lol and nt forgetting need to memorise the directors and personal assistants' names! LOL.. and their desks.. haha chim! stressed... and oh ya i;m in-charge of more to administrating for training n development part, so nd to reg for staff for programs, arrange interviews, orientation etc... oh ya was at the photocopying room, the view was fantastic, so happened tat i brought my hp... n took a pic

nice? ya is esplande, spore river view. heex.. nice.. i can see the same view fr the staff lounge.. LOL..

~First Day at Work~

Today woke up at 6.15am! been so so long time since i last wake up so so early lor haiz.. the nite b4, did nt had a good rest lor..kept flipping n flopping on my bed.. no deep slp.. too anxious abt the job already.. and ya also the releasing of exams results...

hmm today 6plus checked the results! Yesh.. marked my offcial graduating fr NP already... nt bad.. got (IB=A), (IBS= B+), (CRM = B), (EBA=A), (FIT=B+)... so great.. hahaha then went to work.. i seriously hate taking bus during peak hours! i swear i gg to buy mrt concession! took bus at abt 7.05am.. rched abt 8.15am! my work starts at 8.30am! so panicked, i really prayed hard on bus hope tat i wun be late lor.. cos dun like to be late, prefer to be early, eat bread n go toilet de lor! haiz.. highway traffic was like a tortise, then orchard area so many ppl dropped off.. KNS!

Reached office, then no one ard yet, so waited at the reception.. then one of the colleagues came, then briefly told me wat to do..she also one year contract de... but almost over le her contract, hmm taught me if got orientation, nd to set up projector etc.. then My direct sup today was on training so left me alone.. then i went to the library/files room to sort those personal files of wda staff lor... took me abt whole day.. then helped with some kit etc.. hmm that colleague went off halfday today.. so was really alone lor.. basically the department consist of 2 junior officer which is me n the coll... plus 4 higher ranking staff... well in there, a diploma cert is like nothing lor.. cos my bosses have those bachelor 2nd honoured something quali.. lOl... then after work , went to take tat bloody bus! haiz i boarded from 3 rd bus stop fr the terminal u koe.. n the bus was already full packed with standing passengers! wow lau... Sianz.. the journey took 1 hr plus again.. Jam jam jam! hate it>! LOL ok enuff of the complain.. although i did nt learnt much today, i can feel tat the workload is kinda heavy.. will get heavier.. jus wan to tell myself, try my best to learn n see how.. .. =)

New Chapter of LIfe

Yesterday went down to the job agency to sign contract, as Monday will be starting my new job in WDA... well the contract stated that I got to work for at least 6 weeks b4 able to resign if nt penalty would be applicable... hmm.. one thing ma fan is tat I every end of the month got to fax to them my time sheet, cos job agency is the one who is paying me lor.....

THis few days v paraniod, v afraid that what is i cant cope, colleagues dun like me? etc etc... v depressed kind of feeling... LOL... haha.. I dun koe... alot of what ifs.. well nt much confidence but thanks my fren for "passing me yr confidence" hor hahaha...

But i just gg to tell myself tat, just learn.. dun koe ask! dun give up kind of attitude! JIA YOU! =) hmm got to wake up v early from monday onwards and rch home 7 plus liao.. haiz haiz.. hahahaha ... and tats still Monday releasing of exams results! wow i guess i wun be able to slp on sunday's nite liao.. too anxious and excited! LOL..

Hmm... Student transforming to the full working adult liao! need some time to adapt though.... All the best to me!!!

Wow been one week since my last post.. simply too lazy n too occupied with other things ... past few days whole family was like fell sick, sore thoart etc. LOL it jus spread v fast within the same roof..

yday went for Fairprice Interview for HR position, I must say that I quite liked the 2 ladies that interviewed me.. they really asked HR related questions... like why am I interested in HR line? and where do I see myself in 5 years time tat kind of question!, do I koe hw to use Peoplesoft, a HRM software etc... LOL well the only thing I dislike is tat, she said got to work under a v stressful environment.. -.- hmm and tat they will only let me koe the result in 2 weeks time! LOL....

After that, 11 plus went to Shennie house to "give sch fee" aka mahjong lor.. haha i tot i would be the most loser player hahaha But! no! in fact I lose the least.. 0.80 while shennie think she was kinda suai, she lost $6 plus wor, tat mahjong queen. LOL... oh ya her house got a OREO boy (her dog), v fierce de, haha freaked the hell out of me! hahah i scare of dog lor... btw finally my mahjong skill improve alittle liao heex. =) we played till 6pm, then went home liao... hmm enjoyed the session lor.. hahaha... v relaxing..

Hmm Next monday exam result releasing le! haha.. excited.. nervous... LOL...

Tis afternoon, at 1pm went out of my house as the interview with WDA was at 3.15pm.. yesh went out quite early is becos I dun really know where is the building located at.. wow took Bus 75 the journey was like 1 hour! HAiz.. almost motion sick lor.. hmm.. rched CBD area at 2.05pm.. well missed my stop, so walked back again... was kinda nervous at first, so went to restrooms for like 3 times lor b4 the interview.. well while walking towards the buildiing, I saw alot of office people.. as it was lunch time.. I suddenly felt very out of place... maybe mixed too much with students liao. all of sudden see so many office adults.. I have the urge to hide from the crowd!! HAiz i dun koe wats got into me... Dun koe why I have the feeling... the past phobia? i dun koe.. nvm i will try to conqure it!

anyway back to the interview, well it was at the 16th floor.. WOW.. the scenery was amazing.. if I wasnt tat nervous, i would have taken some shots man.. I could see nicoll highway and also the sea.. plus a part of the whole CBD... Nice! hmm ok out of topic .. hmm I faced great competiton, cos this whole week every time slot has ppl to go interview for the same position, so i dun place too much of hope ba... there were 2 ladies interviewers .. one of them was real frendly, n kpt asking questions de... she asked me wat are my hobbies, background, describe myself and gave me case study interview.. she will ask wat if I have conflict with colleague, hw do i handle etc... well oh ya, I was v embarassed when she asked me "how is yr temperance" I was like stunned! haha.. then dun wan to act smart! so I asked her the meaning lor.. ended up is to tell her my temper lor.. i told her i can be quite impatience, in the end.. LOL.. the whole interview ended like a conflict management session... she kpt asking how do I deal with difficult staff etc... the interview lasted like 20mins.. relieved is over.. hmm nt sure whther hiring nt.. wait for the job agency ppl to call... after tat -..- took 700 bus but wrong directioN! ended at CBD interchange there.. last stop! sianz.. transferred opp to take 700 again lor.. then the agency called! but is not to announce tat i got selected lar.. he asked hw was the interview etc.. in details ok.. asked me hw i feel abt environment, ppl, got chance?, ask wat? really overly caring liao lor.. LOL.. hmm actually was still considering wther should I accept the job if they wan to hire me, cos the journey is quite far. 1hour.. Haiz.. nt so sure....... v vexed though...... another interview next tues with Fairprice.. shall see how... thanks frens for wishing me the best of luck for today's interview. =)

2nd week of so called sch holidays.. beginning to feel v lost.... the stone in my heart is growing heavier.. finally someone called me for interview tml.. WDA, if short-listed, I will need to sign a year bond! ARH! i hate bond, but i like gov job so hw? i;m so vexed.. haiz... as if still not enuff.. I;m down with flu! shit.. kp sneezing n thoart kinda itchy! haiz....... More vexed.

I am sure a loser.. dun koe wat i wan though.. haiz I dun koe why i have the mindset of.. new job, new enviroment, new people... I CANT COPE! i m so paranoid abt it.. I scare I cant handle.. the past phobia is still with me! I;m so miserable...... ARH! Where is the confident and optimistic Amylia? Where? hw do i change my mindset? Haiz...... I totally disgusted by myself......

Today was at first the whole gang meeting, but wendy last min said she has lesson.. and that serene was tired after coming back fr taiwan late yday nite.. understandable.. nvrtheless the rest 4 of us still went ahead to mit...Janice wore super duber pretty today.. hahaha.. first time see her wore dress ok.. =x hmm we met ard 1plus then went to have lunch at ASian Kitchen.. which we had La Mian, Fried Rice, Tou fu, Soap dumpling and avocado snow.. nt bad the food.. then we shopped at ard Vivo.. then PROCEED to the legandary Keppal Bay TCC... cos janice's fren told her tat the scenery there was super duber nice and romantic, so we decided to go there to chill.. haha 20mins walk from harbor front.. rained cats n dogs.. haha.. the atmosphere was good, with yatches parked at a small jetty... v nice.. those private yatches/boats.. haha first time saw it.. v nice.. hw i rich i also owned one of the yatch lor heez... v relaxing seeing the sea... although the TCC was small.. but it is a nice place for one to chill with frens... We ordered Wedges, and Cheesy ham and turkey lasgne... v nice! with Janice koeing the staff there.. we got extras wedges! hhaahhaha.. below are the pics the took at Keppal Bay....

As mentioned, today Ann, Carol, Danny, Juma, Janice, Kok Keong and myself went back to ITE! Yesh ITE CLEMENTI!!!!!! to see our dearest GEORGE ... So Happy!!!! HAHA we met abt 10.30am.. but i rched abt 10am.. wanted to wait at the bus stop for the rest to rch but stomach suddenly pain, need to use toilet, so bo bian nd to go into ite first lor.. lol the canteen was filled with students lor.. abit pai seh.. kinda out of place.. lol. then after doing my business, i went back to the outer part of sch to continue my waiting.. lol... hmm margaret called, said she cannot make it, and asraf didnt turn out as well cos I didnt send a confirm sms to the rest... haha but i tot no need, as i have already tell them wat time n venue to mit when i mass smsed all the folks. lol... anyway my apologies huh.. :P then when everyone is here, we went out to the staff room.. alamak waited outside for like 15mins... cos tot george koes we are outside lor.. haha ended up he wasnt inside the staff room lor.. Lol.. but i saw alot of other teachers.

OMG! great memories.. although nt much stuff on the shelvings... but the basic formation of furnitures are the same... haiz made me thought back of last time, when the shop was fully operated by us.. : ) hahaha... hmm.. den after that we agreed to ate lunch in sch canteen! to bring back some old memories! hahaha.. ate the Yong Tau HU!.. v cheap.. picked alot of things only $3... if in NP.. is will costs like 4 plus le lo.. hahaha... really enjoyed spending time with my ite frens once again! haiz.. nw all busy with own stuff.. is so rare to be able to catch up lor.. LOL... nvm hope danny will really as promised arrange a chalet hor.. :P

After that Janice, Juma and me went to IMM to walk walk.. we went daiso and each purchased somethings.. then Juma went G2000 atrium sales n bought pants..... :) well i see Juma can really control her spending lor! so envy her.. hahahaha got to learn from her.. =x

Today woke up at 10am! cos past few days 8 plus woke up liao... v tiring... haha.. Die if start work liao dun koe hw to wake up le. lol hmm.. then ate my breakfast leisurely, then mopped the floor. after that went CWP.. met with zhen n irence for seoul garden, this week kp meeting them, cos next week onwards they starting the attachment and their job liaoz..then 4 plus went to watch money no enuff! finally get to watch le.. lol...... v touching.. cried like nobody business! haha... but it made me realised that family are v important to stay united when comes to down times.......

Hmm... Haiz I am such a spender!! whenever I go out, will have a habit of purchasing something.. this time round, purchased a cocktail black dress! I koe... wun be using it nw, but it definitely v worth for money, tats why i bought.. usual price $69.90.. nw got 70% so after disc is like $20.97!! GOOD BARGAIN! blink blink! hahaha... Ok dun let my mama koes.. hahahaha if nt.. NAG Galore! lol........

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve

This morning went Bukit timah nature reserve with Ronald and Shennie.. Hmm.. the weather was goood... started at abt 10am, we took the "forest" path instead of the main path, Shennie was surprised tat we went up by the muddy forest path instead of her comfortable main path.. ahahahhaa... ronald led the way at first, he walked rather fast initially, I was 2nd, and shennie the last.. tat auntie was kinda slow, she was tired, we just keep encourage her to move on... finally ronald couldnt stand the slowness, decided to walk behind shennie.. lol.. then our Missy shennie suddenly almost blacked out! hahaha.. she said she felt like voimiting i guess is deal to empty stomach, n she felt giddy, the funniest part was tat, she wanted to sit down blindly, she saw a tree log and wanted to just sit on it, but me n ron stop her, cos the log itself has a tree stick/branch poking upward, we dun wan shennie to get her butt poked! hahahahha funny.... the summit's scernery wasnt tat nice though, expected... but i guess it was good for exercising to hike up lor.. lOl.... 11am we are done with the hiking......... It was kinda fast... lol aftet that superman ronald went to sch gym, while me n shennie went to IMM for lunch and walked ard... then I went alone to lot 1 awhile... tats for the day!..........

As mentioned, today was a very tiring day for me... did all the house chores, as for the past few days had been going out.. so did nt help up with the chores. WOke up at 9 plus, went down to buy breakfast, then watched my Kid channel first.. started with washing of lundry... n washing of toilet.... stupid washing machine! spinned dry the clothes for 2 hours! cos it just simply cant spin lor. kns... then decided to clean and tidy up my room.. dusty dusty.. hahaha n tidy my wardrobe.. lastly mopped the floor.. b4 resting!

Borrowed my favorite book "Last Concubine" abit like geisha... read the whole evening! I guess a cup of coffee with a book in hand is a luxury, v relaxing..

Yesterday nite... before gg to bed, being enlightened, i guess it really takes two hands to clap.. is quite tiring when u r clapping with one hand... maybe is time to stop the clapping though. =) tough decision.. bothered by it. lol..

I guess at times ppl wun appreciate yr kindness. maybe is better to be bad person then .. :)

Today met up with li zhen and Irence at Bugis.. cos they wanted to buy some office apparels.. met at abt 12 plus, then went to Soup Spoon to have lunch. Nt bad their mushrooms soup as usual just that too gluey.. and the all time favorite Ceasar Chicken Sandwich... after that was quite boring shopped at seiyu and parco cos was stranged at there as it was pouring heavily cant go to Bugis Village... then when its stopped abit, then we went...then proceeded to OG.. both the gers both office tops then went to this fashion.. zhen bought a sweet top..i bought a 3/4 jeans, Irence bought a black office top... after that went back to parco to shop abit more, then zhen again bought a pair of office slip-on heels. haha.. ya zhen bought alot of things today.. but is for her attachment lor... then irence left us to go for her fren's bday.. me n zhen went to anchorpoint, as janice told me that there the G2000 having big sales.. then went n bought a long sleeve office top $23.. nt bad.. nice quality. then zhen bought a office pants. then went to ikea for a while.. then i brought Zhen to eat at the hawker there.. we ordered Sambal Sting Ray, Sotong, Oyster egg and Kang Kong! $29! hahaha shared we two.. haha so full full full.. is like.. quite pai seh ordered so many things.. hahaha but it was damn nice........... take a look

Today woke up at 9.30am to catch the LIVE Li Jia Wei table tennis match. haiz too bad... we lost. then in the evening lost again for the bronze match.. hmm but I really support Li Jia Wei, she is super.! Jia you!

Hmm met irence for movie at CWP just nw.. we watched MEET DAVE... well 4 stars! hahaha super duber funny! and nice show... laughed till we stomach pain can! hahaha...... oh ya.. forgot to add this in.. yday when I was at Chinatown, oh gosh, I kept seeign Cina women approaching those old ah pek.. like ask them to name a price and u koe.... haiz.... i see i also blushed lor..... anyway maybe is a way to earn their livings ba. ok today offcially all my frens finished their exams le! hooray. relieved of those stresses.. hahaha except for one lar. hope he can pass all his exams... no worries.. Lol... today went to visit my cousin! who is 25 year old of age only and she gave birthed to her 2nd child le lor.. a baby boy... well went there, and I totally love her elder daughter 21months only.. so cute.. she is hyperactive and socialable! so adorable, it was our first time seeing her, yet she competely at ease with us.. we just played with her.. so cute.. short short anf fair fair.. kpt dancing ard as she watched her Barney cartoon! heex...

Seriously liked her alot.. hahaha make me have the urge to be a mum.. seeing such a kid and bright little one!... oh ya.. i;m the God Yi Yi.. cos her mum is my mum god daughter lor! heex.

After that, went to Chinatown to shop ard... bought those shampoo n stuff which aqre relatively cheap over there.. but today was very tired and slpy whole day.. maybe cos morning i only drank half a cup of my kopi lor.. haha.. so sianz...... having a mild headache nw... sianz... tml watching movie! yesh! hahaha ........

Yesterday marked my last day of exam paper, also means tat will be the last time offcially in NP if I sucessfully clear the papers!!! haha... weird.. did not have the "cant bear to leave" or sad sad leaving... ok slightly sad was tat, i no longer a student and tat wun be seeing shennie they all everyday, laugh together, gossip together le. haiz.... anyway yday paper, FIT, I have like 80% confident!! hahaha v gd v gd. after the paper, we decided to go enjoy ourselves! haha.. so we went Suntec to eat, Kenney Roger, then shopped around suntec, then went starubucks to grab a drink, then shopped the whole city hall! haha then later at abt 9 plus, me, shennie and candy decided to go for a drink, to chiLl! so we went Liquid Kitchen which is at bukit timah there.. was nt bad the ambience, v relaxing, dim... decided nt to order alcholic cos was suffering fr gastric. lol.. so ordered mocktail instead, it was "Honey, Orange Juice and Milk" sounded cool rgt the combination! :P then rched home at abt midnite. exhuasted... haha.......

Today, woke up 8am, to msg a fren, good luck for his exams lor... haha.. hard to dip myself up though. after tat, at first wanted to go with janice sentosa, but saw tat the sky was cloudy, so decided to change it to a shopping spree, met Janice at far east at 11 plus, then we shopped till 2 plus at there... bought a office skirt... then took bus to City hall.. cos Janice long time nvr go there lor... then dropped at raffles city, walked frm there to MS then to Suntec, Janice bought office wears.. 2 tops n one pants.. from G2000 Sales! v cheap.. $25 pants.. $23 each for the top.. bought 3 pcs got addiontal 10%!.. after tat we went MS food court to eat dinner, then walked abit.. then went to esplande to sit there.. n chatted! haha cos been vvvvv long time since i last catch up with MS JANICE! cos she either always busy working or hiding lor! diff to contact her.. so today updated her one shot on the things happened!!!! great shopping n chattign buddy! hahaha... enjoyed spending time with her, cos we can chat anything n everything lor!!!

Just watched our Singapore Team Table Tennis Final.. wow exciting at first.. but... 2nd round onwards we couldnt catch up with the CHina Team.. China team was very power.. with world champion title... Hmm they have this strategy tat first round they will give their opponent won first, actually their motive was to study their opponents' behaviour.. so smart... nvm at least Singapore manage to get a Silver ba! Cheers!

Anyway... tis morning woke up at abt 9plus then went to buy breakfast, came back watched my sunday kid channel.. then bathed, started my revision for tues paper... studied for 2 hours then stopped, went for my run. came back studied abit then watched the match le! haha.. tml muggling again.. This morning woke up at 8.30am to study abit.. cos 10 plus went out from my house... to Suntec.. cos we decided to go the job fair take a look.. and to take our minds off from those notes.. ok i have to admit, me n shennie's objective was more to visit the TANG Bazaar! lol also at the convention hall.. bought a bag.. nth much lor.. after tat went pei shennie to eat lunch first, cos wait for another 2 frens to go to the job fair.. wow v crowded.. yet nth much lor.. too jam till, u dun feel like stopping n take a look at those booths.. jus walked one round then came out le.... after tat, shopped ard, then went to eat Thai Express, nt bad, ate the fire noodles, chicken wings, tofu etc... after tat walked to raffles to shop a while..... Enjoyed the time with my poly cum ite frens lor. haha although they always bully me de la... and also always force me play mahjong tat invlove $ de lor.. koe i will loss de still ask me to play. lol ok ok tml continue with my revision again! -.- Jia you jia you.

Daily Report- Today woke up at 10. slpt till shiok shiok.. went to buy breakfast, came home watched the oylumpic live badminton n gynastic. gosh they are simply powerful. after tat bathed n started my sickening revision again.... for 2 hrs. then stopped. enjoyed my magazines reading n also mopped the floor... tats for the day. THis morning had a hard time to wake up.. cos is been so long time since I last woke up at 7.30am... went back to sch to have my very last remedial lessson... hmm counting down 4 days to my first paper which is this friday lor... this time round so siao.. dun wan the exams over quickly.. cos after tat.. nt a student anymore le. lol... weird mindset... haha...anyway the lesson ended at 11.. quite fast.. then went to print my past history results transcript.. cos nd it to prove that I was from NP lor when looking for a job, as I need to wait till next year MAy to get my cert. hmmm since is FOC so i printed like 8 copies!! hahaha.. then went home.. continued my revision for like 2 hrs.. then went for my run le..... in the evening continued a lttle of the revision again... tats all for today... haiz v sianz... tml gotta continue mugging... lets Jia You together my frens! :)

I today fully focus on my revision.. although lasted 2 hours only la.. hahaha... hmm... after that went to wait for my mum to Ikea... bought a glass jar for my cousin.. cos she wan to imitate the last 9pm show the volley ball one.. the YAN FANG.. eat the flowery biscuits .. and play volleyball.. therefore.. the idea of buying a nice glass jar n put those biscuits inside sounded like a good one.. lol... the jar is easy to buy.. NOT THE BISCUITS!! ahaha the whole queenway area nvr sell... then took bus to King albert C/s also no sell.. then proceed to bukt timah shopping center then finally bought it! lol.. pic is below.. hope my cousin will like it..
