Well came across U magazine this week one, featured the recipe of dumpling (Zhong ZI), so decided to try it out, therefore asked my mum to do it with me, becos I dun koe how to wrap it. the cooking of inner fillings was easy, but the wrapping was the one that is challeging lor.. hahaha.... my mum really has the skills to wrap lor.... within 2 mins she managed to wrap le.. me lei? haiz... wrap here, tat side rice fell off... haha... See...

Overall, it tasted delicious oh! hahha.. just that it is not salty enuff.. haha... the glutinous rice is very smooth and tender.. hmmm... it is really different from those puchased ones.. as "own-made" ones are more special and nicer... haha cos involve hard work. Lol...
